單是那個場館,叫我看了很久。Google 一下,才知這個 Chanel Contemporary Art Container 是這次展覽的主角,由建築師 Zaha Hadid 操刀。白色的展覽館,充滿弧形和流線形,未來感十足,由一系列弧形組件裝嵌而成,可分割搬運。
孤陋寡聞,原來這位 Iraqi 女建築師十分著名。有趣的是,她的作品很流線形,但從 Olivier Zahm 與她的對談中,可感受到她的稜角。

Olivier Zahm: Architecture seems to be such a man’s world. Do you think that women approach architecture differently from men?
Zaha Hadid: I’ve never been a man, so I have no idea, but I don’t think there’s a real difference. There’s maybe a difference in the egos of men architects that influences their work, maybe in terms of organization. But I can only talk about myself. I cannot really generalize. Personally, I had a great deal of freedom because I didn’t have to deal with stereotypes: I was displaced. I wasn’t European. I wasn’t a man. It gave me slightly more freedom to develop ideas differently.

又,原來Zaha Hadid 為香港理工大學設計 Innovation Tower,預計 2011 年完工。看著那設計圖,只覺,一向很型的 Poly U 以後只會更型。
展覽內容,只能意會,未能言傳。半小時的個人體驗,步伐不一 (看過的觀眾自會明白我在說甚麼),內容一樣,但每人會有不同的傳繹、感受吧。
印象最深刻的… (要是,你有機會去參觀展覽,請不要讀下去,直接跳到文章末段吧。因為,預先知道內容,看時可能不再震撼。)
兩幅女性的黑白影像,驟眼看是平面相片圖像,忽然發現,一人的耳環在晃動,才知道原來是錄像,接著,影像中的女士靜靜的流下眼淚… 伴著耳機傳來的音樂與旁白,那一刻,聳然動容。
香港是展覽的首站,至四月五日,但門票好像已派發完畢。
未來兩年,會在東京、紐約、倫敦、莫斯科和巴黎展出。有機會的話,真要去看一下。
